I’m a founder, operator and builder based in the UK near Milton Keynes. Until recently I ran RORA, a finance-operations business supporting high-growth companies. I’m currently exploring a few new ideas.

I’m excited by making old fashioned industries better. My proudest achievement with RORA is building a challenger brand that gets close to the talent pool and a new model that delivers variety, impact and progression.

I believe that capitalism should be a force for positive change and the best businesses choose profit and purpose.

Strategy is cheap, Ops delivers.
